Now you are going to watch the MTV about Haibao. Watch and listen carefully and think about the following questions:

Task

Task One

You are going to watch a promotion video of World Expo 2010. The video is about the history of World Expo, World Expo in Shanghai, and how the pavilions are constructed.

When you are watching the video, listen carefully and write down at least three points from the video. Then you will be asked to share your ideas with the whole class.

Task Two
You are going to work in groups of four. Your group should choose a pavilion and design a poster about it. Then you will be asked to present your poster to the whole class.

Task One

1) Watch the promotion video about World Expo 2010 for the 1st time. Listen carefully and write down at least three points from the video on your working sheet

2) Share your ideas with the whole class. You may write down interesting points from other classmates on your working sheet if you want.

3) Now work in groups of four. Within your group, decide your favourite pavilion (the country). For each pavillion, go to the websites offered below and search for information you find interesting or attractive to visitors to World Expo 2010. You may print out pictures you found on the websites and use them for your poster.
